THE PRODUCER

For four generations, family Cottini has been dedicated to the cultivation of wines. Located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica valley, the very specific art of winemaking in this valley has been handed down from father to son. For Paolo Cottini, wine represents passion, tradition, family.In 2010, Paolo and his wife Sara created “Azienda Agricola Paolo Cottini”. Their vineyards are located in the Valpolicella Classica valley, in different locations and on hills of different altitudes, from 580 to 180 meters. The soils have different orographic characteristics, capable of generating quality grapes rich in flavours, the same quality and richness found in their wines. Always following the traditional approach, they adopt the Pergola Veronese breeding technique, meaning that all processes are done by hand.
