ChÂteau De Tracy

Under the impulse of the same family since the 15th century, Château de Tracy cultivates one of the oldest vineyards in Pouilly Fumé, with some parcels planted with vines since 1396.The property is today managed by Juliette d'Assay who, with great skill, perpetuates the long work begun by her ancestors 600 years earlier, applying a traditional agriculture, respecting the biological balance and natural rhythms of the vine. Spread over some of the most beautiful terroirs on the banks of the Loire, the 38 hectare vineyard offers incredible conditions for Sauvignon to express great purity (on flinty clay), and rare depth (on Kimmeridgian rocks). The confidential production gives pride of place to manual work, precision, to shape Sauvignon Blancs of gastronomy which surprise by their accuracy and their frankness.
