Robe grenat assez profonde à reflets tuilés. Nez complexe, épicé, café, moka, de sauce soja avec une pointe de cuir. Attaque franche, structure enveloppante, harmonieuse et d’une belle longueur pour finir sur des notes cerises, griottes, de tabac et bâton de réglisse.

Ces arômes de fruits noirs, de réglisse et de « cuivrés » font de ce vin un parfait accompagnateur de vos  repas de viandes en sauce, notamment les gibiers et les plats régionaux. Il est à boire dès maintenant.
